To maintain your pieces, use a microfibre cloth to wipe away any dirt, buildup, sweat or chemicals. For a deeper clean, soak your pieces in warm water with soap. You can use a soft brush to remove any buildup. Dry thoroughly before storing.
While your brass jewels are water resistant, avoid exposing your jewels to skin care products, moisturiser, soaps, shampoos, perfumes, chlorine, salt water etc, as gold filled is sensitive to chemicals. We’d also recommend not sleeping or exercising in your jewels are we each have different body chemistry, and perspiration can react with your pieces like other chemicals. When not wearing your jewels keep them cool and dry.
We ship from the Gold Coast, Queensland.
For in stock items please allow up to 3 business day for your order to be dispatched. During sales, please allow extra time for your order to be shipped. For pre-ordered items please refer to our product descriptions for shipping time-frames.
Our sold out products are sometimes available for pre-order. Pre-order timelines are estimations only and are subject to change. We will keep customers in the loop if there are any delays exceeding the estimated timeframe.
All of our orders are sent via Australia Post in compostable post bags.
We offer a flat rate shipping service of $7 for standard shipping and $12 express shipping Australia wide. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 Aus wide and free express shipping over $300.
Once shipped, orders will take approx. 3-10 days to arrive. They may sometimes take longer during busy times or due to weekends, public holidays etc.
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Mahli is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

All orders are shipped to the postal address provided. Our systems may not pick up if your street number is invalid or the address contains spelling errors etc. It is the customers responsibility to supply the correct address. If you have had issues with Courier services finding your address, please consider an alternative delivery address.

Each MTL piece is carefully hand made to order or ordered in limited quantities. We do not hold warehouses of excess stock and minimal waste is created.
All of our garments are hand-dyed and manually printed.
No Plastic Packaging
We are passionate about limiting our use of single use plastics. We do not use any plastic in the packaging of our online orders.
