Shipping & Returns


Mahli want you to be happy with your purchase so we will happily offer you a refund for the purchase amount on full priced items minus a $10 shipping & restock fee, if the item is received back in perfect condition. Returns need to be submitted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

If you would like to opt for the exchange option, please state the item you would like to exchange for  in your return and we will send your new item out to you at no additional postage cost.

Items purchased using a discount code are NOT eligible for refunds but ARE eligible for store credit or exchange.

Unfortunately, Items purchased from our sales section are considered final and are NOT able to be returned under any circumstance.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or repair your item/s if they are defected. 

The cost of the items return is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All international sales are final.

Your return will be actioned within two business days

Your item must be arranged to be returned within 14 days of receiving them and any returned items must be received in original condition- unworn & unwashed & all tags in-tact.

We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within 14 days.

All returns will be processed within two weeks of being recieved.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace or repair or refund items if they are defective.
In the unlikely event that your order is returned to us by the shipping provider you will be required to pay the shipping charge again, should the return of the order be our error we will gladly cover the shipping costs to re-send your item.
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched and 1-2 weeks during a sale/new collection launch. For pre-ordered items please refer to our product descriptions for shipping time-frames.

All of our orders are sent via Australia Post in compostable bags, these are made from sustainable plants and non-toxic, compostable resin and provide zero waste to our Mother Earth.

Our products ship from Australia. We offer a flat rate shipping service of $7 for standard shipping and $12 express shipping Australia wide.

Once shipped, orders will take approx. 3-10 days to arrive. They may sometimes take longer during busy times or due to weekends, public holidays etc. 

If your item goes missing by Australia Post, please start an investigation with Aus Post and let us know so we can take action of replacement or refund if needed.

New Collection Launch / Sales

We love releasing new collections and we are just as excited to ship as you are to receive.

Please be mindful our small team work extremely hard during these busy periods to provide you with the best service and shipping timeframes possible. We will always endeavor to respond to your emails though it may take us longer than usual. MAHLI THE LABEL is open Monday – Friday so daily duties and postage timeframes correspond to these days. 

Please note:

All orders are shipped to the postal address provided. Our systems may not pick up if your street number is invalid or the address contains spelling errors etc. It is the customers responsibility to supply the correct address. If you have had issues with Courier services finding your address, please consider an alternative delivery address.
