Our dreamy Valley Lights Mini is all your whimsical dreams in a dress. Based off our Mahli community fave - Lone Star Mini design, wear it unbuttoned and off the shoulders in summer and throw on a leather jacket and boots in winter.

Featuring dramatic billowed sleeves, shell metal buttons and a detachable waist tie to cinch in the waist if desired. This piece is so versatile, worn on or off the shoulders.
