RETURNS POLICY

 

We want you to absolutely love your Mahli purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order for an online store credit, for the full purchase price amount.  Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted. 

Products purchased from our clearance sale collection are heavily reduced and are not able to be returned.

Products purchased using a discount code can be returned for an online store credit.
 

Made to order products are eligible for store credit.

International sales are final.  

Pre-order disclaimer:
Pre-orders shipping timeframes are estimations only and are subject to change {we will keep customers up to date} Pre-orders are unable to be cancelled, however can be returned for a store credit only.

• We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

• Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.

• You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

• Online store credits have no expiry date.

•Your store credit will be actioned within 7 business days of receiving your return .

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will repair your item/s if they are defected, if they are beyond repair we will replace.
