RETURNS POLICY

We want you to absolutely love your Mahli purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for an online store credit or exchange.  Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted. 

Products purchased from our clearance sale collection are heavily reduced and are not able to be returned.


• We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal. 

• Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 30 days of receiving it for a store credit or exchange.


• Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.


• You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

• Online store credits have no expiry date.

•Your store credit will be actioned within 1 week of receiving your return .

•If you have selected an exchange and the product is not in stock your return will be automatically generated as a store credit.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or repair your item/s if they are defected. 
All garments have a 3 month warranty, any returns past the 3 months cannot be facilitated under any circumstance.
