RETURNS POLICY

Mahli want you to be happy with your purchase so we will happily offer you a refund to store credit for the purchase amount if the item is received back in perfect condition. Returns need to be submitted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Items purchased using a discount code ARE eligible for store credit.
Unfortunately, Items purchased from our sales section are considered final and are NOT able to be returned under any circumstance.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or repair your item/s if they are defected. 

The cost of the items return is the sole responsibility of the customer.
All international sales are final.

Your return will be actioned within two business days

Your item must be arranged to be returned within 14 days of receiving them and any returned items must be received in original condition- unworn & unwashed & all tags in-tact.
We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within 14 days.
All returns will be processed within two weeks of being recieved.
